Should I have my trash bins and dumpsters cleaned?

Absolutely! We reduce grime, filth, stench, spiders, maggots, and pest infestations while sanitizing and deodorizing your trash bins. Your bins and dumpsters will look amazingly clean and smell great!

How does the trash bin cleaning service work?

Our trash bin cleaning service comes to your house the day of- or after* trash collection day. We service your bins monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly or one-time depending on the frequency you sign up for. All you must do is place your trash bins outside at the curb** where our team members will arrive with our state-of-the-art equipment and perform the service on your bins. You will receive a text and/or email once the service is completed.

*if your service is the day after collection, we ask that you place any trash from the night before in a bag that we can remove upon arrival to perform our cleaning. We will return your trash bag back into the bin after completion.

**If it is not possible to leave your bins at the curb, they should be visible from the street and readily accessible.

How much does it cost and when will I be charged?

Monthly Service ​

  • $25 for the 1st bin, ($10/2nd & $10/3rd). This is a recurring charge; you will be charged on the day you sign up and service is completed, then every 30 days forward.

Bi-Monthly Service ​

  • $35 for the 1st bin, ($10/2nd & $10/3rd). This is a recurring charge; you will be charged on the day you sign up and service is completed, then every 30 days forward.

One-Time Service​

  • $55 for the 1st bin, ($10/2nd & $10/3rd).

  • This is a one-time charge; you will be charged the day your service is performed.

*Should you cancel service before your fourth cleaning, you will be charged the minimum service fee which is equivalent to the one-time rate for the number of bins cleaned.

What happens if I want to add more bins to my service?

Please contact us right away via call, email, or text us to inform us and we will gladly add your extra bins to our service.

Can I downgrade my service? From Monthly, to Bi-monthly, to Quarterly…

Yes, you can and there is no penalty in changing your service plan. Please contact us 14 days prior to your next service and we will make the changes for you.

What if I am away -or- forgot to leave my bins out on my service day?

​Please contact our team via call, text, or email at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service to let us know and we will reschedule without extra charge. We are here to serve you. If you provide us permission to gain access to your bins while you are away, we can still perform the service.

*Unfortunately, if you do not notify us and we go to your property to provide the service and cannot perform our service, your payment will not be refunded.

What if there is open trash or large debris in my bin at time of service?

We will gladly remove any small debris in your bin and haul it off for you. If there is large debris or open trash bags in your bin at the time of service, we will place all the contents in a new trash bag and place it back in the bin after the service is completed. There will be a $2 fee for the use of a new bag, if provided by our team.

Do you Use Hazardous Materials?

Our services are eco-friendly, and only require the use of pressurized hot water in cleaning your bins. We also use a biodegradable, environmentally friendly deodorizer to neutralize odors.
